Working closely in a 1:1 capacity will allow you to bring up whatever topics you would like to focus on and have a 100% dedicated and safe space to navigate through any difficulties you may be experiencing
- My job is to assist you to access what’s stored in your body by providing stimulus, mirroring your responses, and witnessing your process.
- Your job is to tune in and listen to your body and mind, and report your experiences. Most importantly, integrate what you learn into your daily life.

I’ve developed a proven system to build accountability and maintain consistency - no matter at which point you are in your yoga practice.
FIRST 2 SESSIONS:
- Assessment of your needs and level of commitment so you can receive a home practice plan.
- You will leave with homework and a contract outlining our commitment to each other.
- If you choose to continue your home practice plan with my support you can add 5 to 10 private sessions.
