Awareness in Rotation 30 Day Challenge Directions:


  • Setup: Choose a space and roll out your mat. If possible, place a mirror in front of you.
  • Commitment: Aim for 20 reps daily for 30 days. Increase difficulty every 5 rotations if you can.
  • Mindset: Prioritize daily practice. Approach each session with love and consistency.
  • Warm-Up: This challenge serves as a warm-up. No need for prior exercises. If desired, start with 10 Standing Deep Breathing breaths.
  • Guidance: Follow the provided video. For questions, ask in The Mat (Challenges) Circle or the Forum Circle in the Living Yoga Community.
  • Join: Online Posture Clinic breaking down technique on October 1st at 7pm pacific in the Living Yoga Community Live room.
  • Engage: After each session, share your experience, photos, or videos with our community. Mark "Complete" daily.
  • Community: Invite friends and family. Grow and inspire together.
